Case 1: “Management of Bilateral Lipid Keratopathy”

A 36-year-old male with history of Marfan’s syndrome presented with bilateral corneal scarring and neovascularization. Patient has a history of congenital ptosis with frontalis sling in both eyes. On initial examination, best corrected vision was 3’/200 E in the right eye and 20/40 in the left eye. Patient had 3 mm lagophthalmos and bilateral central leukoma with deep stromal neovascularization in both eyes.
Case 2: "Eye'm Melting!"

A 52-year-old female with a past medical history of recurrent ear infection, hearing loss, and new diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis presents with a chief complaint of left eye pain and redness for the past 3 weeks.
