I will represent two cases of posterior lenticonus in one video. One with dense congenital posterior lenticonus. Second with total white cataract, UBM identified clearly how it is typical aggressive form of posterior lenticonus with complete open posterior capsule. Surgical plan; first case implantation of single piece in the bag or three pieces in the sulcus and anterior optic capture.
