A 56-year-old male presented with persistent hypotony and vision decline for 6 months post scleral suture fixated IOL. UBM revealed 3 quadrants cyclodialysis cleft with macular edema. This video showcases transscleral fixation of a two-eyelet (Cionni) Capsular Tension Ring to sulcus with CV-8 Gore-Tex suture, resulting in significant cleft improvement in UBM by post op month 2.
