Would you like to achieve the best possible refractive outcomes by optimizing your astigmatism management during cataract surgery? This program will discuss how preoperative planning, intraoperative alignment, and postoperative enhancements will help you nail your astigmatic targets. Creating the ideal refractive strategy and optimizing measurements will be discussed, particularly in the context of premium IOL technology. Case studies will describe complex astigmatism management, such as keratoconus, anterior basement membrane disease, post-RK and LASIK, ocular surface disease, and other challenging situations. Additional topics such as postoperative IOL rotation, laser enhancements, and IOL exchanges will also be discussed in a case-based format.
